Problemas con el evento de Halloween en la batalla de gengar

He terminado la mini quest de hallowen  sobre la batalla de gengar, pero al momento de querer recoger el premio me dice que no puedo, que requiero de un brazalete.

 

mi pregunta es donde lo consigo o cómo es que tengo que tomar ese regalo? Ayudaaaaaa

The bracelet mentioned is the mega bracelet available in vermilion library. You must show to the assistant in there a pokemon that has the following requirements : 

 

- Has a mega evolution (You can check for those here) 

- Fully leveled, ev trained, and happiness at max level
