You do not need to continue with the castle part if you are already done with catching Darkrai. You simply need to continue in the tower located in unison mountain where you will be able to start the Gengarite part of the event.

Hi @thiagoCLN,
When you facing this situation, this mean you did not beat Umbra in Dark Realm. In this case, you have to fight Horon in Dark Valley, beat him with no fainted Pokemon in your team, he will help you to reset Alucard Castle and Dark Realm. You will be able to enter Dark Realm again to complete your quest.
