darkrai quest

Dear pro team last year i did the darkrai quest two times my first enter was with bugs (https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/138687-darkrai-qust-reset/?tab=comments#comment-761445) 

and becose the first time i was lose the chance for rr lock after same time you are make option beat horon and is give second chance for get darkrai and i did

but i never got the lock rerrol so please if you can reset for me the lock rerrol for fair chance like evry one else

Hi there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Back then, you were defeated during the Dark Realm quest which means you have lost and had reset the quest by defeating Horon.
Thus, you won't be able to get a chance for the IV reroll ticket which is only eligible for the people who have done the quest without fainting.

let me explain the problem better

i did the quest first time and was many crash or my net idk the fact was  during the battel is log me out and i die more then 1 ther was ther many crash on the same time

ofc i lost the chacne on the same time and i ask you give me real chance to battel agien i dont want more darkai or same thing else just real chance win rerrol

after crash many time i out from the dark realm and i could come back ofc is was mistake then you make horon for second chance 

what i ask you now is real chance like other player let me do the quest agien please i just want fair chance with no bugs and crash 

i love the game very much and is make me feel sad to see pepole rerrol darkrai and i cant i understand if you say no becose pass 2 years but i still feel bad i ask from your heart help me

Unfortnately, this is simply not possible because we cannot track if crashes were happening at that time or if you were actually defeated during the quest.
We cannot just restore anything without a proof.

It would also be unfair towards other users who were in a similar situation and got no refund and accepted their losses.
I'll lock this thread as we cannot proceed further.
