is there any way to go back to dark realm? I forgot the clone

You can only ge the clone the very first time you are in the Dark Realm, if you surrendered, fainted or left the Dark Realm for any reason you cant get the clon anymore.

If you still want to go back to the Dark Realm you have to respawn Alucard in his Castle on the third floor, by defeating the Horon boss in the Dark Valley (north of Necropolis).
Make sure to not let any pokemon of you faint while battling Horon. If you beat him again, Alucard will respawn.
Defeat Alucard with a pokemon that has the move Miracle Eye on your party and you will find yourself on Dark Realm again where you can complete the quest again. Make sure to recruit all pokemon there and beat Umbra
