I did the psychic vision of Lance in Vermillion where he wipes you out and afterwards it warped me to the pokecenter in Vermillion but I was stuck in the black area East of the interior and could not move. I used an escape rope but it just returned me to the normal standing area in the interior but there are no NPCs in there, no players and I still cannot move. Is there any other way to get my character un-stuck or manually moved to another location? I assume this is some bug involving the Lance scene and not a thing that would just happening when entering this Poke center.

Apologies for the inconvenience and the delayed response. This is a known issue mostly related to the user's internet connection and loss of packages. However, we are investigating if these teleportations to wrong areas are also on our side. As you have been able to beat the Thunder Badge and been able to progress properly, I will lock this thread as resolved.
