I didn't rerolled my darkrai and the girl is saying I have done everything I can do for you and I can't even change its form can u fix this bug or glitch on my account? I will be thankful.

Hey, to receive the chance for the IV locked reroll you have to finish the Dark Realm without leaving once or fainting too many times.

Also the Darkrai forms were only available during 2019 and 2020 unfortunately.

 

You can still get another IV locked reroll for beating the hard mode of the Gengar battlefield after receiving the Gengarite though.

Bruhhh I tried to change it in 2020 but it didn't worked I thought it will be available next year.

 

And also I can't enter dark realm again I have defeated that guy many times but meh idk what's up can u just unlock my IV rr's .

First of all I am not a staff member so I wouldnt be able to unlock anything for you in the first place.

Also as mentioned you cant get the IV locked reroll for the Darkrai quest anymore if you left or fainted too often in the Dark Realm during the quest.

Also regarding your issue about being unable to enter the Dark Realm again, check if Alucard is in his castle on the third floor and if he is go battle him while having a pokemon with the move miracle eye in party. If Alucard is not there you have defeat Horon first without one of your pokemon fainting. You can find Horon in the Dark Valley which is north of Necropolis.
