Just encountered black screen on Android (S10+). Wont let me move or anything and shows my character but everything is black for the map. Tried using escape rope and it says I went back to poke center but still black screen. Tried force stopping, clearing cache and data, restarting phone and redownloading app and still not fixed.

Hi there @LetsgoBrandon. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

 

Unfortunately this issue usually happens whilst using mobile data on a cellphone. Can you try using Wi-Fi or a VPN ? That should resolve the issue you are facing. 

Let me know if that worked.
