In order to obtain one of the 3 possible mega stones (Heracronite, Beedrillite or Pinsirite) from the Bug Catching Contest, you must obtain at least 3 wins after getting the mega bracelet (they do not need to be consecutive). After taking at look into your variables it looks like you did not get a total of 3 wins yet, starting from the point where you got your mega bracelet. Hopefully this will answer your concern.
