IV Reroll gone problem

Hi, sorry iam using report center for this problem. Icant find right section on bug center. 

so, before crash yesterday, i make trade deal with someone to selling 1 iv reroll and 2 nature reroll. both of us cant login cause server crash. so today, after server fixed, when we meet to finish the deal. i cant find my iv reroll but my 2 nature reroll still there. as i can remember, i never used iv reroll or sell it, but now its gone. i have sold my 2 nature rr but i must cancel iv reroll deal because of this 'bug'. 

I have 555k before crash, i have sold some poke by auction an gain around 2.6m (sell altaria 600k, sell muk alo 1m, sell hallo gastly 1m) and after sell 2 nature rr i got 700k. and now i have 3.855 m. so if i sell it, my money should + 700k (4.5m+).
