Hello, 

I am now locking this thread. The pokemon went to the proper winner of the auction. Our 15 minute rule was followed correctly. Other than over bumping for a first time auction you did well. Just a helpful tip in the future remember you can hover over the first bid time to verify  times in the future when you are using forums.
