Is Magic Guard ability working?

No, to my knowledge most non damage abilites such as:protect, destiny bond, and magic guard are not working atm.

Not sure what you mean - magic guard is only supposed to prevent indirect damage.

Here are some examples of what "indirect damage" consists of:

- Weather effects (hail / sandstorm)

- Poison

- Entry Hazards (spikes)

- Life Orb

Moves that have secondary effects are not prevented. e.g. Poison sting could poison your pokemon, but its hit is not prevented.

Magic Guard is NOT working currently. It will be added in the future.
