One of my friend has Donation issues and cant write anything here in the forum. Can someone please watch after this ?

 

Username- Woarberg (Gold Server)

 

the Donation is since Saturday just "pending"

Could it be that he used Klarna / Sofort as payment option? Donations from that payment option usually take 2 business days but can take up to 14 days on worst cases, all other payment options should be instant though.

Unfortunately, all payment issues are mostly occurred from the service provider itself, therefore there are not much we can help you on the problem 😞

I recommend to wait a few more days, and if you still face the issue, please let us know.

Also, I have a questions about the comment "cant write anything here in the forum", is this issue corresponded to the account "woarberg"?

If not, can you tell me which account you can't access the forums?

I also found these accounts, "woarberg1337" and "woarberg1", are you facing the same issue with these accounts as well?
