I just talked to james he didn't gave me RR ticket he said go to psyduck and when I went to psyduck I didn't get my RR even after bringing my legendary Pokemon

Please fix it in my game or give me a RR ticket I lose

Just to be clear, you have finished all three parts of the Valentine's Day quests, correct?

After checking with our Content Scripters, it seems you've already used the Locked-IV Reroll. 

Are you sure you didn't already use it and are checking the correct account?

Yes i did all quest i didn’t use it sir it just didn’t showed me when i was near psyduck im sure about it if i would have used my legendary mons iv should be rerolled server was buggy that time idk what happened 

As stated, according to our database, you have already used it.

If you happened to have lost it due to a server crash, then I regret to inform you we cannot compensate you for that. This is because there is no verifiable way for us to know for certain that you lost it to a server crash.

With that being said and with the event and NPC finished, there is no further action we can take. Thus, this thread will be locked.
