check junk mail and if you don't find anything use a provider such as gmail or outlook because a lot of minor providers don't work with PRO website. Cheers.

Ty and next question to this topic is can i use the new mail then with my old account or have i start new?

If im not mistaken since the blue server came out you cant donate via the website anymore so to get membership you need to buy coins from the shop in the game.
