Hello. I was Ev training my Scizor, and the macho brace equipped on it literally transformed into lagging tail...
Can any support fix this issue for me..? thanks..

Can you tell me the name of the map you were training in and what Pokémon you were fighting? Do you remember when you lost the Macho Brace and how many you originally had?

the fight was against Farfetche'd .. route 39 .. I had only one macho brace. now 0

Looks like you were answered by Norex in the PRO Discord. His explanation is what most likely occurred.

Unfortunately, there is no action we can take to restore your item. You can obtain a Macho Brace by trading a Drowzee to the Biker NPC in front of the Goldenrod pokecenter for a Machop that will be holding one. If you have already done that, then he will sell you one for 20k if you speak with him. They are also obtainable through Dig Spots, though they are very rare, and through the Celadon Daily quests. You can also purchase one from another player through trade chat.

 

I am sorry that we are not able to provide any further support. This may be disappointing, but please try to understand.
