Go to System Preferences then go to the Security & Privacy tab. Under the General tab, there should be a section called "Allow apps download from:". If you tried to open PRO Client app, it should display a text underneath that section with something similiar to "PROClient" was blocked from use because its not from an identified developer. And a "Open anyway" botton. Click that botton and it should open the application. Hope this resolves your problem.
