It appears you have not merged your data. Below is a quick guide on how to properly merge. If you have any questions regarding merging, check out this thread

How to merge:

1. Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on the Merge message that appear in the page. If that does not appear, please switch to "My Account" or "Server Transfer" to make it appear.
2. Step 2: After that, make sure to pick the server you used to play on.  
   Done!

 If you still cannot login, you may need to reset your password. You can do so here. Make sure your password does not contain any special characters, as those can prevent you from logging in.
