Explain: My budew doesnt evolve Roselia even though it  maxed happiness in daytime. I tried mysterious candy but its still doesnt evolve. Please help me

Hello @Kien810. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

 

Can you try lowering your Budew’s happiness and then maxing it out again during daytime? This should trigger the evolution. If not, please let me know.

I can't reduce its happiness, I have tried many ways but still happy is 255.
