My first one is shiny rattata you get from beating youngster joey in the main storyline before they remove that part.

I still got no shinies in gold with my 6.7k playtime but on silver i somehow managed to grab a shiny magikarp from magikarp salesman 

I haven’t found one yet either! Still waiting for my first shiny in PRO. i am using random pokemon generator to find. Hope it happens soon though!
