I just evolved my Froakie to Frogadier and then into Greninja and my pokemon evolved counter on the pokedex went up by 4 instead of 2. 

Hello @Proshamwat. Thank you for reporting this possible bug.

 

May I ask if you evolved something else prior to Froakie/Frogadier? If you did, then it would simply be a visual issue where the evolved data hadn’t updated properly in your Pokédex. 
If you did not evolve a Pokémon prior to Froakie/Frogadier, then please let me know and I will forward this to our Testers to see if they can find an issue.

The last pokemon I evolved was buizel to floatzel but that was quite a while back. About 5 days prior but that did register properly into the pokedex. 

Does your Greninja have the Battle Bond ability? 

No it has torrent

Thank you for the report. Froakie has 2 hidden abilities in the game and battle bond Froakie evolution line are treated as seperate Pokemon in the pokedex but both of them are of the same species and therefore, you are able to get 2 evolution data by evolving the Froakie evolution line. I have forwarded this bug to the developers.
