Gold and silver servers will merge in one on 1st may as said by Walross sir; yes guilds will be removed and the money will be refunded to its guild leader...

The merge between Silver and Gold is scheduled for May 1st. However, a multitude of reasons can delay the merge, so keep in mind that it may occur at a later date.
