My 30 spd Hawlucha (118 base, max ev training) was just outsped by a mega gallade (110 base) with no speed modifications on a no prio move (ice punch).  Should have been impossible.

 

Am I missing something obvious?  Is the code/wiki wrong about its base speed? Smogon shows 110 also for mega gallade.

is your hawlucha ada or jolly? Im fairly certain if your hawlucha is ada, jolly mega gallade will outspeed without the unburden boost for lucha.

Ada max speed lucha = 335 iirc

Jolly max speed mega gallade = 350 iirc

What nature is your Hawlucha?
