Problem with mac client

Hi @elbruno

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Attempt to launch PROClient. You will receive the following pop-up, press OK.

  2. Press ⌘ + Space, type in Security & Privacy and hit Enter (or go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy).
     
  3. Go to the "General" tab.
     
  4. On the bottom half of this tab, you'll see a notification that says "Allow apps downloaded from...". Here you will see a prompt that states that the PROClient was blocked from use. Click "Open Anyway":

This should automatically open the PROClient and you will be able to play normally. You will need to repeat this for every new client you download.

 

Let me know if you have any problems, there is a bruteforce option we can use if needed, but this should cover it.
