Its been 10 am on poke time , i got max happiness on my riolu and i cant evolve it .

Hello @Helar. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Could you try lowering your Riolu’s happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out the happiness once more and seeing if that triggers the evolution?

If not, please let me know.

well i tried it becasue i had the same issue when it was 60 lvl. i trade it to my alt acc and gave it back to my main , it went 140 happiness and i made it full right now on lvl 95. i gave it 3 lvls till 98 ( 10 am ) and nothing happened. @Epithet
