I spent 2 rr's yesterday and each time that I used them, it did not show an iv preview window. Because of this, I have wasted both of them. Today, there is now an announcement from walross saying that there is a bug with it, however, my preview is already set in the options. I have a ss of when that preview was supposed to pot up and didn't. There is a ss of my preview window as well that has been set this way already before I used rr's. I also have a video from my guildmate Gal1leo showing that his did the same thing. (video isn't letting me upload to this post. I have it saved on pc if needed for proof of the problem).

I would please like to be refunded the 250 pve coins and 150 pvp coins that I spent on both rr's yesterday for the 2 rr tickets that were wasted due to a bug on the developers end and no fault of my own. Thank you.
