i have beat lc boss with red name at breezy falls 3 times. system show i beat him 0 times. and is there no some kind special reward after we beat it 3 times like normal boss? 

or should we pick 1st option when we talk to 2 kids before entring breezy falls?

Thank you for your report.

The Boss in Breezy Falls starts counting wins after you have unlocked its "Hard Mode".

 

In order to do so you need to unlock all the Tutors, feed all the wild Pokemon and listen to the gossip of the Little Cup Elite 4 in Breezy Falls.

Once you have done all of these Quests the Hard Mode will unlock after beating the Boss several times.
