Greetings @elbruno. 

 

I'm afraid that there is no version available for IOS, hence why the client you are using is not working. The only available client for apple products is the mac one. Unfortunately due to apple restrictions in their apple store (the app needs to be verified and approved ) it is impossible for us to make an IOS version.
