NPC Item (PvE) Buyer Small addition

There is a NPC that buys items, pve items, etc. I was wondering if the PVE items that they buy were not just clothes? How about back items as well? 

 

I understand that the NPC buys back items at a discount around 25-50% of the original cost and I will leave that up to you guys as I feel its fair, but since most back items are 250, and the clothes that are bought back are 50% value returned, can we make back items sell back for 50% please? 

 

Well I guess making all items sold by the PVE NPC store should be available to sell back to for the 50% worth back.

@futz yes but it buys it for like 20% of the PvE value. But I want this because I dont like most my back items and they are untradeable lol

can you tell me where i could meet that NPC? and also is there one for PvP coins too?

@futz none for pvp, and its the guy in celadon mart "Item buyer". It will only buy the PvE clothes items.
