Hello i wanna do the quest third bird of kanto but when i am talking with melody ,she say me "I must find the chosen one ! who could it be ?" but when i am going in the storm for active ability cloud nine, one people say me "you should talk to melody; i think she is at the festival hall building !" i don't know why, i am lost one people can help me ?

I have follow the full guide but he don't have probleme like this.

Upon further inspection on your account it looks like you are missing the seen data of both Zapdos and Articuno. Could you perhaps try to get them in their respective locations and return to Shamouti island to see if the problem persists ? Zapdos is located in the power plant in Kanto while Articuno is located in the Seafoam Islands.
