You have 2 rerolls in your inventory, is there possible you might have missed it or used it ? You also traded a reroll ticket yesterday. If so, that notification did not occur to me, nor did the sound when you receive an item from an NPC. There isn't a notification like "You received 1x reroll ticket" or a specific sound when you receive it. This is what the NPC mentions when you receive the item.
