Hi there, I'm having an issue with the museum curator, he did not give me a ticket as a reward for delivering all the fossils to him.

According to your variables you did in fact receive the reroll ticket from the peter museum. You have 2 rerolls in your inventory, is there possible you might have missed it or used it ? You also traded a reroll ticket yesterday.

yes, I traded a rr yesterday, got 3 for easter points. Should there be a notification from the museum i.e. 'You Have received 1 RR ticket'? If so, that notification did not occur to me, nor did the sound when you receive an item from an NPC.

There isn't a notification like "You received 1x reroll ticket" or a specific sound when you receive it. This is what the NPC mentions  when you receive the item.
