If you disconnect against a Boss, the game treats it as your loss. However, if the server crashes, then you are able to rebattle the boss.

Since you “lost”, we can know it was due to your connection. Since that is the case, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.

 

Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.
