Hello @Dahitta. My apologies for the late response.

 

Are you still unable to move?

If so, can you try the following options:

  • Use the keys Alt+Tab
  • Logout and log back in
  • Use an Escape Rope. This will teleport you back to the previous Pokémon center you visited
  • Have another player send you a battle request and logout during the match. This will place you back to the previous Pokémon center you visited

If none of these options worked, please let me know and provide a timeframe for when you'll be online.
