Looking upon your issue it looks like you skipped a step and never obtained the adamant orb for Dialga seen data. Can you perhaps try to obtain it and then interact with the Dialga statue in Eterna City ? Afterwards you will need to interact with Palkia statue in Floroma town and then with Arceus statue in Spear Pillar. 

 

Do keep in mind that you are only allowed to create one post for the same issue. Creating multiple posts for the same thing will only make things more confusing and you will not get a faster response. Instead you are allowed to write "bump" as a new message in the same thread if going unanswered for at least 24 hours. 

 

Let me know if that worked
