I evolved the pokemon and when I went to make a move I could not because he wants me to have the previous form

Hello @zild13. My apologies for the late response.

 

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the necessary tools in order to perform de-evolution. Therefore, we cannot comply with your request. 
However, you are still able to learn moves of the previous evolved form through the use of the Pre-Evo Tutor, located inside every daycare center. Remember that to unlock the daycare centers, you’ll need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave in any difficulty.
