Hello, so to get to the point, I am suspecting that I am experiencing a bug regarding Keldeo quest completion. I have followed exactly what this guide says: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/172733-keldeo-quest-guide-complete/ . However, I am at the point where I have beaten the second boss and I must go through the two guards that wont let me pass (see ss uploaded). I am positive that I have not done anything wrong, as I own the 3 different outfits (breloom,arcanine,greninja) and I have successfully beaten the two bosses (the second one with first try btw). Please help! 

Can you check if you have talked to the Golem after beating the Charizard-X-boss in the Mountain maze area and can you interact with the rock in the room back of the underwater area?

Thank you so much for answering so quickly! Would u please be able to provide me a short video of how to get there or maybe a screenshot of the golem so I'm sure that we are on se same page?

One last thing, is this ss valid today? And if yes, where exactly can I find this NPC? (Sam Urai) I've searched everywhere in Matsuki Village and neighbor areas.

The NPC is still there, check the bottom-left area of Matsuki Village.
