Hi everyone, suddenly after some weeks, i can't see anymore the window when i catch some pokemon. Obviously the box in the option is checked, i tried reload and reinstall but nothing happen, pls help ):

Hello @Ceciuzzo. My apologies for the late response.

 

For clarity, your party is full when you can't see the previews, correct?

Can you try opening the console with F2 and typing in clean reg, then hit enter.

This should reset your settings, After that, reselect the Caught Pokémon Preview option and let me know if the issue persists.
