Hi, I need help with being unable to move. My account got banned and it was restarted today and unbanned. But when I enter the game to recreate the character, I can't move and spin around in one place. I'am stuck in start map.

I did the following steps:
1. checked the settings again, Disabling "Allow Controller" in Key Binding Settings.
2. restarted the game.
3. I signed in with another friend's account and it worked fine.
4. I deleted and re-downloaded the game.
But still I stood still and circled.

Yes, I'm still stuck on map start. I'm online now and I can be online anytime about 6 hours later. tell me here so i can be online. Thank you!
