mounts bought wont work on gold server

Featured Replies

i played on the silver server for awhile and bought a surf mount and it worked fine on silver. i recently started playing on gold and have the appropriate badge to use surf, but my mount doesnt show in my backpack at all and its even in my hotbar but wont let me use it. i paid for it so i didnt think which server i used would matter. i also got a bike mount on silver through one of the quests and that also cant be used on gold

Greetings @Croissantman @Doolz

The interaction you are mentioning here is completely normal. Items do not carry over characters on different servers has they are considered as different data. The hotbar still displays the item even though you don't have it, unfortunately, because the same account on different servers still shares the hotbar visual.

Getting an item in one server will not give it to you in the other, since they are save files as per se. They have their own inventory, pokedollars, their own pokemons and their own progress. The only thing shared amongst servers is the amount of coin shop and the username.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if anything is unclear.
