Hii there 
I was doing the zekrom quest but on Dragonspiral tower 3f there is a bug of electric barrier I have switched all 3 switches on that floor but still the electric barrier didn't disappear so do something about this

As @Lyn1311 already said, you need to activate a total of 4 crystals in order to progress. One of them is located on a different floor. We recommend going back to Dragonspiral Tower 2F and looking for it.

There are 3 crystals in Dragonspiral Tower 3F, but there is one more in Dragonspiral Tower 2F. It is well hidden but visible. Can you please go back to Dragonspiral Tower 2F and interact with it? If the barrier is still there after doing so, let us know. Thank you.
