Hi I caught the kyreum long time ago,I didnt trash it or do something with it.But when I try to do the quest for kyreum black and white,the kyreum is not in the box.Is that a part of a quest or something?? pls help and how can I get it back?

Hello @Cizzy. My apologies for the late response.

 

It looks like you released your Kyurem on the Silver server, and then you transferred to Gold. There is currently a bug that happens with legendary Pokémon and transferring servers, wherein the legendary Pokémon stays on the original server.

Developers are already aware of this bug, but there is no ETA for when it will be fixed. However, if you transfer back, we should be able to restore it.
