I see you we're off on the time at first but corrected the issue yourself. You we're right the correct winner of this auction was @Primeninja223 for 13.2m. The bid from Locuraa was 1min late and was not valid. The way the +15min rule works is when it occurs within the last 15min resetting it back to 15min until there is no bids for a 15min timeframe. There should have been no extension due to primeninja223 bid occuring at the 16min mark. If you are unclear of the result of a auction do not tag any staff member on the thread, press the  button on the auction to get our attention.
