Hello there I was about to start zapdos quest but I have seen that melody NPC was not there so I am unable to start the quest here the ss

Hello @polytron. My apologies for the late response.

It looks like you are missing the Zapdos seen data. You can get this by battling the Zapdos inside the Power Plant in Kanto.

Once you have the seen data, you should be able to start the quest.
