Hi

I went to dragonspiral tower twice, did the 3 crystal thing that you need to do to deactivate the barrier, but the barrier is still here. The tower got reset the second time I went there but the same "bug" happens over and over.

 

Not sure what to do now. The screen is about this guy trying to help me out on the second run, with the same end result: barrier still there.
