Hi, 

I'm an old player, that recently decided to come back to the game.
I had the correct name/password from 2016, and when i logged in, it started me from the begining, with all my pokemon and progress reseted.
I looked further into the matter and learned about the merge, but on my dashboard nothing appears, just my "new" character without any progress.
I didnt create a new account, since i just logged back into mine.
Is there something im missing or did wrong? Would really like an answer, since i had a Medallion ready to use on my inventory and a bunch of max lvl pokemons..

i'm having the same issue, i'm stuck in oaks house because a friend told me it looked like the quests got reset. i can't leave, talk to oak or interact with anything.
