Guys please help me to solve this problem, you know after you've done all the mission's req. you have visit all pokecenter's to fix problem tp system. I've done I've seen all pokecenters, but still can't finish the mission. And I don't remember which ones that I've complete. It's been a long time that I've been working on it but still can't do. Can someone lead me a way?

I suggest you check all of them once more to see which ones you missed. I will provide you a list of all the Hoenn Pokémon Centers and you can cross them off as you check them.
