I've done I've seen all pokecenters, but still can't finish the mission. And I don't remember which ones that I've complete. It's been a long time that I've been working on it but still can't do. I suggest you check all of them once more to see which ones you missed. I will provide you a list of all the Hoenn Pokémon Centers and you can cross them off as you check them.
