I plan to do latiosite & latiasite quest but I have some troubles. I see on youtube that I just bring 2 pokemon and one of them must have move Fly. I talk to Climate Scientit Ernest but he just said "the weather is good today". I want to know what I need to do before starting the quest. Thank you!!

I have mega bracelet but i dont have latios or latias now. I read comments in youtube and they said latios and latias dont need on this quest.
