 Is it still possible to get cyan wings in 2022? if yes, how are they obtained? I tried to do the quest normally but here the unowns don't let me pass

Unfortunately, the Cyan Fire Wings were exclusive to the 2020 Summer event. This means they are no longer obtainable.

Though that may be disappointing, please try to understand.
