Before starting Vulcan quest I reset and after defeating magma leader I used escape rope before talking to aqua grunt and after going back there he didn't said to find 8 gems and gone somewhere else and now in 7 blue named 

pokémons I can't get last 2 it's showing I should cheak north first .I can't wait till 27 days for reset quest pls help me

In order to finish the quest you must make sure that you've spoken to both the Team Magma Leader at Mt. Summer Summit 2 and to the major Ahok in Vulcanic Town House 1. Can you make sure you've exhausted all their dialogues and make sure you received all their rewards as well ? This should unlock the path for you to proceed with the other part of the quest.

I TALKED WITH AQUA GRUNT AT FIRST AND I HELPED THEM I DID BATTLE WITH MAGMA LEADER AND USED ESCAPE ROPE BEFORE GETTING BACK FROM CAVE AND WHEN I GONE BACK A AQUA GRUNT WAS STANDING INFRONT OF MT SUMMIT CAVE AND I WAS UNABLE TO ENTER WHEN I TALKED HE SAID SOMETHING AND DIDNT SAID TO FIND 8 GEMS  I TALKED WITH AHOK AND HE IS SAYING PLEASE FIND IT I AM RELAYING YOU AND WHEN I WENT TO TEAM AQUA CAVE AQUA GRUNT WAS STANDING HE IS SAYING WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO TO MT SUMMER AND STOP MAGMA I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW

You unlock the part about the gems after completing the task that the Aqua grunt gave you in mt.summer. You need to find the room with the correct sacred stone and interact with it to continue with your quest. Here is a video guide if you want to understand how to do it.
